Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription. Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period after you cancel.

Can I get a refund?

We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but if something went wrong on our end, email us and we'll make it right.

How do I connect my Facebook or Instagram account?

Go to Settings → Connected Accounts and click Connect next to Facebook or Instagram. You'll be taken through Meta's own login flow — we only store an encrypted token, never your password.

Why didn't my post publish?

This usually happens when your connected social account token has expired. Go to Settings → Connected Accounts, disconnect and reconnect your account, then reschedule the post.

How does Proclame Hub work?

Hub lets you collect photos from customers and team members via a shareable invite link. They upload photos, you review and approve them, and then use them to generate AI social posts. Nothing is published without your explicit approval.

Will Proclame ever post to my account without me approving it?

Only if you schedule a post to auto-publish. We never post anything that you haven't explicitly scheduled or approved. Contributors' uploads go into a pending queue — you must take action for anything to go live.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email us at support@proclame.ai with the subject line "Delete my account" and we'll remove all your data within 30 days.

What AI model generates my posts?

Proclame uses Anthropic's Claude to generate post captions. Your business profile and tone settings are sent to Claude to produce content tailored to your business.
