Getting started
Ready-to-post content for your business: captions, the best platform for each post, a suggested day and time to publish, and 5 hashtags per post. Every Monday a fresh batch is written for you automatically, 5 posts on Starter, 10 on Pro, 21 on Boss. You can also generate more any time you want.
No. Proclame is built for business owners, not marketers. You fill out a one-minute form about your business and the posts are written for you. Copy, paste, and publish, or let Proclame publish them for you.
About 60 seconds. You answer a few questions about your business once: what you do, where you're based, who your customers are, and the tone you want your posts to have. You never fill that out again.
Yes, 7 days on every plan. You add a card to start it and you're not charged until day 8, so you can cancel any time before then and pay nothing. You can also try a single post completely free with no signup at all, using the form on the home page.
The posts
That's the part we've worked on hardest. Every post is written using your business name, location, target customer, and preferred tone. Paste in a few posts you've already written and Brand Voice studies how you actually talk, then writes in that same hand. The more you approve and reject, the closer it gets.
Always. Edit any caption, change the hashtags, move it to a different day, or ask for a rewrite with a note about what you want changed. Nothing publishes without your approval.
No, and this is a hard rule rather than a preference. Proclame never invents prices, discounts, guarantees, years in business, review counts, or contact details. If you didn't tell it something, it won't claim it. A made-up discount is something you could be held to.
It's written to avoid the patterns that give AI away: the dash-heavy sentences, the rhetorical question answered in the next line, the stacked fragments. It writes in your voice, with your details, at a length that suits the platform.
Reject it, and that feedback trains your Brand Voice profile so the next batch avoids whatever you didn't like. You can also list words and phrases you never want to see, and they'll never appear again.
Publishing
Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn — to one or several at the same time. Facebook and Instagram take photos and video; LinkedIn posts go to your personal profile with text and photos, since company Pages need an approval LinkedIn hasn't opened up to us yet. For every other platform you copy the caption in one tap and paste it wherever you post.
Never. A post only publishes if you've approved it and scheduled it. Nothing goes out on its own.
We email you with the reason the platform gave, and the post stays in your calendar so you can fix it and reschedule. Nothing else in your queue is affected.
Yes, for auto-publishing to Facebook or Instagram. Instagram also needs to be a Business or Creator account connected to that Page, which is Meta's requirement rather than ours. LinkedIn is separate and needs nothing from Facebook. Everything else works without connecting anything.
Proclame Hub
The hardest part of posting isn't the writing, it's having a photo. Hub lets the people already doing the work send them in. You share a link, they add photos from their phone, and Proclame writes a post around each one.
No. No account, no app, no password. They open the link, type their first name, and add photos. That's the whole thing.
No. Everything lands in a queue for you to review, tagged with who sent it. You approve what gets used.
Plans and billing
Starter ($29) is the whole product for one business: 5 posts written for you every Monday, Brand Voice, your photo Hub, connecting Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, the scheduling calendar, and the real views, reach and likes on everything you publish. Pro ($59) is for volume: 10 posts every Monday and up to 14 at once, 3 businesses, the AI video script generator, and unlimited Hub photos. Boss ($99) adds 21 posts every Monday and up to 30 at once, unlimited businesses, live account stats like follower growth and weekly reach, a Monday digest email, one-tap reposting, and the Competitive Edge toolkit.
Yes. One button in Settings, no phone call and no form. Cancel before your trial ends and you're never charged at all.
Any time, in either direction. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of your billing period.
Your account and everything in it stays exactly as it is. You just stop getting new posts written. Resubscribe and it picks up where it left off.
Your data
No. We don't sell it and we don't run ads against it. Your business profile exists to make your posts better, and nothing else.
We never see them. Connecting an account goes through Facebook's own login, and we only store an encrypted access token that you can revoke at any time from Settings or from Facebook.
Settings, then Danger Zone, then Delete Account. It's immediate and it takes your data with it.
