Brand Voice: customer reviews and FAQs
You can now add real customer reviews and frequently asked questions to your Brand Voice profile. The AI studies them and references the language and sentiment when writing posts.
Platform-specific post generation
Posts are now written with a deep understanding of each platform's culture, not just character limits. TikTok captions are shorter hooks (30 to 80 chars). LinkedIn reads like professional insight. Facebook is conversational. Instagram is visual-first.
Regenerating posts no longer deletes approved content
Previously, regenerating a batch would wipe all posts including ones you'd already approved or scheduled. Now only un-acted-on posts are cleared, approved and scheduled posts are always preserved.
Onboarding step counter
The onboarding flow now shows 'Step 1 of 5' for the five required steps, and 'Optional' for everything else, so new users aren't intimidated by a 14-step counter before they even start.
