Billing
Cancellation and refunds
Written plainly, because nobody should have to read a contract to find out how to stop paying.
What you're charged, and when
Every account starts with a 30-day free trial. No card is required to start it, and you are not charged during the trial. When you choose a plan, the first payment is taken when the trial ends, and after that the plan renews automatically every month at the price shown on the pricing page until you cancel.
Prices are in US dollars. We give 30 days' notice before any price change.
Cancelling
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. It takes a few clicks and needs no email, no phone call, and no explanation.
You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, then billing stops. Cancelling does not delete anything.
Pausing instead
If you are stopping for a season rather than for good, use Settings → Account → Pause your account. Billing stops at the end of the current period and every post, photo, Brand Voice setting and connected account is kept exactly as it is. Subscribe again whenever you want and carry on.
Refunds
We do not refund part-months. When you cancel, you keep access for the rest of the period you paid for rather than getting money back for the unused days.
We do refund when something went wrong on our side. If you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, charged during what should have been your trial, or the product was unusable because of a fault of ours, email support@proclame.ai and we will put it right. We would rather refund somebody than argue with them.
Refunds go back to the original card and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank.
Free trials
Cancel any time before your trial ends and you are never charged. The trial is genuinely free — there is no fee for cancelling during it.
If you think a charge is wrong
Email us before disputing it with your bank. We can usually sort it the same day, and a chargeback locks the account while the bank investigates, which helps nobody.
